  • Batch-Type Operation:

    • Designed for heating milk in batches, with precise control of time and temperature (typically 63°C for 30 min or 72°C for 15 seconds).

  • SS304/SS316 Construction:

    • All product contact parts are made from food-grade stainless steel, ensuring hygiene and corrosion resistance.

  • Insulated Jacketed Tank:

    • Equipped with a double/triple jacket for heating (using hot water or steam) and cooling (chilled water or glycol).

  • Temperature Control:

    • Digital temperature controller or PLC-based system for accurate process control and temperature hold time.

  • Agitator/Mixer:

    • Built-in slow-speed agitator ensures uniform heating and prevents milk scorching.

  • Cooling System Integration:

    • Can be connected with plate chiller or ice water system for rapid cooling after pasteurization.

  • CIP Friendly Design:

    • Smooth internal finish and drain outlets designed for easy cleaning-in-place (CIP) or manual wash.

  • Available Capacities:

    • Ranges from 100 liters to 2000 liters per batch, custom sizes available for special needs.

  • Applications:
