    • Maintains the mix at 4°C to 6°C for 4 to 24 hours, allowing fat crystallization and full hydration of stabilizers/emulsifiers.

  • SS304/SS316 Construction:

    • Made entirely from food-grade stainless steel, ensuring hygiene, durability, and resistance to corrosion.

  • Insulated & Jacketed Design:

    • Equipped with PUF insulation and a cooling jacket for efficient temperature control using chilled water, glycol, or ammonia.

  • Slow-Speed Agitator:

    • Gentle, continuous stirring ensures uniform cooling and prevents mix separation or sedimentation.

  • Top Lid & CIP Compatibility:

    • Sanitary design with removable or hinged lid, CIP (Clean-in-Place) spray balls, and smooth internal finish for easy maintenance.

  • Capacity Range:

    • Available in sizes from 100 liters to 5000 liters, with customized sizes for batch or continuous processing plants.

  • Control Panel:
