    • Delivers a constant flow of frozen ice cream, increasing production capacity and operational efficiency.

  • Controlled Overrun:

    • Incorporates adjustable air into the mix to achieve desired overrun levels (typically 60–100%), enhancing volume and creaminess.

  • Stainless Steel Construction:

    • All contact parts are made from SS304/SS316, ensuring hygiene, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning.

  • Efficient Freezing Cylinder:

    • Equipped with a scraped surface heat exchanger for rapid and uniform freezing, preventing ice crystal formation.

  • Refrigeration System:

    • Uses ammonia or Freon-based refrigeration with high-efficiency compressors; fully integrated or external chilling system.

  • Agitator/Scraper Blades:

    • Motor-driven scraper blades continuously remove frozen mix from cylinder walls, ensuring smooth consistency.

  • Digital Control Panel:

    • Includes temperature control, overrun adjustment, and flow rate monitoring, with optional PLC touchscreen interface.

  • Capacity Range:

    • Available from 100 LPH to 5000 LPH and beyond, suitable for both medium and large-scale production.

  • Sanitary Design:

    • CIP-compatible with sanitary inlet/outlet connections, and optional hot water circulation for easy internal cleaning.

  • Optional Integrations:

    • Fruit/nut feeder units

    • Ripple sauce injectors

    • Inline filling and packaging line connection
